My family and friends are very weird, so if you are clastraphobic, easily frightened, nauseous, afraid of heights, easily disgusted, afraid of rare animals, don't like the Titanic, hate fishing, or have been injured and/or killed by our recipies I would leave now.

Seashore Middle Academy

I'm going to Seashore Middle Academy now. It's a charter school on North Padre Island Texas. My classes are currently: English, Texas History, P.E., Journalism, Advisory, Pre-Algebra, Science, and Spanish. I am taking Spanish to earn high school credit. 2 years of Spanish at seashore = 1 year of high school. My favorite class is probably Journalism because we take pictures and work with computers (My strengths).
I have recently dissected earthworms in science, and that was really fun. Maybe someday knowing the difference between the crop and the gizzard of a worm will come in handy...
We took an overnight trip to Huntsville, Texas to see the statue of Sam Houston. We went to multiple museums, but my favorite one was the Prison Museum. It's amazing the multiple weapons and art prisoners make in their cells. One prisoner made "Prisonopoly" a Monopoly game themed like prison. I liked looking at the electric chair. To be honest, i was kind of scared to be near it in the beginning. We stayed at a Holiday Inn and swam in the pool, and we all ate breakfast together in the morning.
In Spanish, I have been learning to conjugate verbs and say random things completely unrelated to what were studying using my dictionary and what I have learned so far, like "Me gusta flamencos", "Me encantan los Juegos de Hambre", and "Mama June es gordo".
UIL is coming soon and I am in Oral Reading, Dictionary Skills, and Listening Skills. I am very excited, I love UIL because it's like a huge nerd gathering. I hope I don't stain my teeth like i do every year from eating ten airheads right before an oral event. I'm doing a poem called "I'm Raising a Virtual Chicken" for oral reading.
There are some essentials for a UIL event:
Phone
Kindle
Headphones
Toothbrush (for when you stain your teeth)
1000000 New apps because you got bored of your old ones and now you can't break into the school's WIFI.

I love my new school!

Hannah and me at the roller rink.

Emma and me at the mall drinking a smoothie.

Grace, me, and a giant Crocs crocodile (Emma is photobombing us in the background)

I had a lot of fun rollerskating and shopping. The smootie was great... it was a pinacolada. The crocs crocodile was wearing tennis shoes ;)

P.S. I'm 11!

Beachy Summer

I am into surfing now! We have two
surfboards so me and my Mom go out
and surf.
Mollie loves Boogie Boarding, we got her a good one so she can have the most fun you can get out of a piece of styrofoam.
I'm still trying to get the whole "position you stand in" right. this is one of my closest to the right thing.
This is me with our new board. I don't ride on the old one that much. We call it "The Blacktip" P.S. Blacktip is the brand of the board
This is me striking a pose for the camera. (either that or I was telling her to get out of the way and stop taking my picture.)
Mollie was having a lot of fun being thrown in the air. She got tired of it after about fifty times.
My Mom made us pose for the camera.
We found a lot of things in the ground. We would have took a picture of the ghost shrimp we found, but we fed them all to the seagulls.

A Hotel, A Cousin, An Aunt and An Uncle

On Thanksgiving we stayed at the Hampton Inn at Corpus Christi. It was right next to our favorite beach! At  the beach, there were a bunch of blue things that looked like jellyfish. We haven't quite figured out what they are yet.

Kate seemed to really like building sand castles, but she never got in the water, except in the pool!

If you look in Kate's hand she is holding one of her mermaids, which we dove
for in the pool after she threw them in.

Like most other families, we like to bury each other in the sand. Here is one of my dad's masterpieces:

It was hard for 7 people to fit in one hotel room, so my mom and dad slept on
the fold out, MC slept with my uncle on one bed, Kate slept with my aunt on the other bed, and  I slept on the chair.

We rode a ferry that carries people and when we got off we took a few pictures (We went for a more natural look this time)

Happy Beach Days!

Mollie-Claire....Toothless Wonder

We now, have a Toothless Wonder living with us. My Mom, Dad, and I are all very weak stomached after about a week of begging, while Dad was watching baseball little MC kept going on and on about wanting one of her two loose teeth out. Dad got so annoyed he gave in, he got the pliers and yanked it right out of her mouth, which made the other one so loose she pulled it out. It fell down the sink drain. :( We asked her what lesson she learned and she said "not to pull them by the drain" a piece of her gum is dangling so Mom is afraid to drink after her.she thinks it will fall out then her germs will get in her mouth. (what a germaphoab)

New House, New School, New Friends

I've had to make new friends (don't worry Had) and everyone here is nice not like just regular nice, but scary nice! It is so dry and bare there's nothing here,
this is pretty much George West:

I would have put entertainment but nothing here except going to football games  is actually entertaining! On weekends the only 2 places you can ever find us are home, or the beach. (if were home I'm rollerblading, or sitting here avoiding all sunlight, while blogging.)

The good thing I've never mentioned before?
Mom gets to live out "her song" Chilling on the Dirt Road. (another one of the only things to do here.)
